Hi! We are Mark and Jill Billings, the husband and wife team behind Carolina Lagotto - a very small scale breeder of Lagotto Romagnolos nestled in the heart of South Carolina.
Our journey with this special breed began with a deep admiration for the Lagotto's intelligence, joyful personality, and hypoallergenic coat. But what truly won us over was their affectionate nature and strong bond with their people. We fell in love - and now we're honored to raise a few carefully planned litters in our home with the same warmth and devotion we give our own pets.
As a small scale breeder, we focus on quality, not quantity. Our dogs are beloved family members first, and our puppies are raised in a calm, loving environment where they are handled daily, socialized gently, and given the best possible start in life. We are committed to the health, temperament, and lifelong well being of every pup we place.
